I attended the University of California, Davis without knowing what I really wanted to do except to help people. I have my BA in Sociology and worked in the social work field for 5 years. In 2001, my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I spent the next 4 months massaging her back pains until she passed away in 2002. To know that I was able to bring her relief through therapeutic massage therapy changed my life.
Massage therapy to me is an important form of healing and stress management. I have worked 2 years in a chiropractic office and am comfortable with working with injured and medically fragile people. I have my MA in Health Administration and have been doing massage therapy since 2005. My goal is to help others improve their quality of life, whether its through providing them with massage therapy or helping them find a massage therapist who can provide the healing they need.
I specialize in tension headaches, deep tissue, prenatal, and reflexology.
